We provide mobile app development services, including but not limited to:

Cross-platform mobile application development
UI/UX design and prototyping
App Store Optimization (ASO)
API integration and backend development
Mobile app testing and quality assurance
App maintenance and support services

All services will be provided subject to a separate written agreement between you and ABSKHIRON MATTA LTD LIMITED that will specify the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and fees.

3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations provided by us are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Prices are quoted in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on project requirements and any changes requested during the development process.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in the individual service agreement. Generally:

An initial deposit may be required to commence work
Milestone payments may be scheduled throughout the project
Final payment is due upon completion and delivery of the project
All invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed
Late payment may result in suspension of services and may incur additional charges

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment of all fees, ownership of the custom-developed mobile application and related deliverables will transfer to you, subject to our retention of rights to:

Proprietary frameworks, tools, and methodologies developed by us
Pre-existing code, libraries, and third-party components used in the project
The right to use the work for portfolio and marketing purposes (with your consent)

You retain ownership of any materials, content, or intellectual property you provide to us for use in the project.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information required for the project
Respond promptly to requests for feedback, approvals, or materials
Obtain all necessary licenses and permissions for content you provide
Test and review deliverables in a timely manner
Make payments according to the agreed schedule

7. Project Timelines

We will provide estimated timelines for project completion. However, timelines are dependent on:

Your timely provision of materials and feedback
The complexity and scope of the project
Any changes or additional requirements requested during development
Third-party dependencies, such as app store approval processes

We will notify you of any delays that may affect the project timeline.

8. Revisions and Changes

Minor revisions may be included in the initial project scope. Significant changes or additions requested after the project has commenced may result in additional fees and timeline adjustments. We will discuss any such changes with you before implementation.

9. Testing and Acceptance

You will have a specified period to test and review deliverables. If no issues are reported within this period, the deliverables will be deemed accepted. Any defects or issues must be reported in writing within the acceptance period for us to address them without additional charge.

10. Warranties and Limitations

We warrant that our services will be performed with reasonable skill and care. However:

We do not guarantee that the mobile application will be error-free or operate without interruption
We are not responsible for issues arising from third-party services, operating system updates, or changes beyond our control
Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service in question
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages

11. Confidentiality

We will maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information you provide to us. We will not disclose such information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law or as necessary to perform our services.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement:

With written notice if the other party breaches a material term and fails to remedy it within 14 days
Immediately in case of insolvency or bankruptcy of the other party

Upon termination, you will pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. We will deliver all completed work to you.

13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, or failure of third-party services.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions or our services will be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We encourage attempting to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to clients with active projects. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
